The rotation has been towards “safer assets”. Is this a long term trend change?
Chris Vermeulen, Founder of The Technical Traders kicks off today’s editorials by focusing on the rotation of money into defensive stocks and safe assets. With the US markets showing relative weakness the money has flowed to the sectors that were beat down over the last 6+ months. The question is if this will be a long term trend change or a short blip on the charts.

Yes Ex, it’s nice to see Santacruz completing the acquisition of Zimapan. I’m almost all in on Newfoundland gold plays. Santacruz however is on my radar machine and now it finally looks like silver is finished it’s hibernation. DT
Agreed with Santacruz finally tying up Zimpan, and with Silver in the mid $20’s, they’ll be doing quite well on rising margins as a torqued up Jr producer. SCZ has had a nice pop recently on the news.
